Designed by Highfield and delivered by specialist King Cobra Training instructors, this course is suitable for individuals who want to progress to providing scenario-based conflict management training to others. The nature of the course means that it is suitable for a range of different sectors, particularly those who want to train individuals who work in a customer-facing role. Not only this, but as this level 3 qualification meets the requirements outlined by Security Industry Authority (SIA), it is also ideal for those delivering the licence to practice qualifications, including conflict management.
Throughout the training course, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the following topics:
- How clear communication can be used to resolve issues
- How to reduce the likelihood of conflict in a situation
- How various factors can influence human responses in a conflict scenario
- How risks can be reduced in a conflict situation
- The best practices to follow after dealing with a conflict
This is a 1-day training course run at the King Cobra Training facility in Milton Keynes. It is £125 per person with a maximum class size of 16, allowing you to learn alongside many others in the same position as you.
